Nisha Ajit
Chief Executive Officer
With over two decades of professional experience in intellectual property , her focus is to help clients create and build a solid IP portfolio. Nisha works with a variety of organisations - startups to fortune 500 companies and works closely with researchers to develop their ideas into valuable IP. Her areas of specialisation include patent drafting and prosecution, IP portfolio management across broad range of technology areas. She is a certified Six Sigma black belt. Nisha is well versed in both U.S., Indian and international patent practice. Prior to starting the firm, she worked for several years at GE’s technology centre in Bangalore.

Priya Sharma
Chief Executive Officer
Again with over two decades of professional experience in intellectual property - her focus in the firm is to help clients streamline IP processes within their organisation as well as formulate a strategic IP portfolio. Additionally, Priya also works with universities and industry to help create a mutually beneficial IP exchange program. Priya is also well versed in both U.S., Indian and international patent practice. Prior to starting the firm, she worked for several years at GE’s technology centre in Bangalore.
